Description

Ultra Fractal 5.02, six layers used. the bottom layer uses mt.ucl, Advanced Gnarl, though this isn't significant. The other five layers all use Kerry's new formula. While testing this shape was found, and was duplicated on the other layers with the gradient used to vary the colourings. In fact, I was unable to do anything with the shape itself other than to vary its size, position, and orientation. My attempts at mapping were ineffective, as were attempts to stretch the shape. Still, I like the image as such and actually rendered three different versions before selecting this as the most dramatic. No doubt, I'm making obvious a lack of understanding of the mathematical principles by saying all this but that's the truth of the matter. I travel hopefully! Cliff

I need to come to Rend more often, Cliff. I like this very much. Of course I'd do it entirely differently, probably ruining it, but I'd reverse the order of the shapes, putting the largest in back. But you know how little I know about composition :)
