My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
Â
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
Â
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!

Being amused is fantastic, especially when art comes out of it. This is a great shot, and it reminds me of something I'd see at my friend Mike's place in Texas. He has this thing for cooking, and tends to make the best mashed potatoes on earth. But anyway, this is a great photo; You've most perfectly captured the different textures and various grades within the colors themselves, especially great since the whole image is in black and white. This rocks.

Great shot! I hope you have a lot more of those types of shots

Your title had me worried until I saw the entire picture. Immediate thought was some poor, painfully thin, unshaven guy chained to a dungeon wall. I know, easily led off into a medieval cartoon. Your actual photo does a magnificent job of exploring all the surfaces and textures that it was taken to record.

Always wanted one of these racks but never had the ceiling to do it with. Great shot.

Being short has its advantages sometimes, at least you didn't bang your head on them. Have to agree with Andrea, close up of that shiny colander please. If you took one that is. #;0) excellent work. Bravo!!!!!

Well spotted and presented! I love ceiling racks; I had one in California, but given that I don't cook I ended up with dusty pots... :(
