Description

This is the action we'd see if we could freeze the moment in time of a Red-bellied Woodpecker landing on the edge of a bowl. His/her wings are blurred in the process of transitioning from flight to folding. Please give this a ZOOM... Thanks for stopping by and all your wonderful comments and favorites. Bill:) This is part of an untitled series of birds coming and going from the back deck of my house during the past week. For cross reference: Saturday's Bird

Wow! I'm starting to wonder how you attract all these different types of birds, or is it because you're close to their flyway. Fantastic work, Bill!
