Description

Well it's a bit over the top, but why not... This wild 'linoleum sunset' visited me a few weeks ago, when I decided I didn't have enough 'apocalypses' in my life (!) You might wanna wear sunglasses, but other than that, have fun!
Please see full size!
I've been to half your galleries now & I'll get to the others tomorrow. Thanks for your concern---I'm resting---but commenting the first time has been wonderful. I'll be back every week for a while...
Have a great week! Mark (Photoshop & a lotta filters!)

Helle is right, it has the same restorative effect as contemporary stained glass! Whatever you're on, I want some!

Mark this one is SO COOL !!! It has to be seen in full size as it is simply breathtaking that way. Mandi is right about the colors and the design and it reminds me so much of looking through one of those old hand held Kaleidoscopes like we all had as kids

Shades of 2001: A SPACE ODYSSEY! A nonpareil kaleidoscope of colors and layers rarely seen in public, Mark! A veritable soup of paramecium and stuff usually seen through a microscope, but much more concentrated. And, a zoom indicates one of the filters used was Poster Edges.

I do remember the long tube well...telescope like...a twist and the sound of spilling glass shards as they realligned themselves into a bright new pattern. That's what you've done for us here. You've just caused the kaleidoscope to prepare a new feast for the eye... A great visual from memory lane:)

There is something magical about color that just stirs the soul and excites the spirit. This sunset is wild with imagination and what could be more sane than that? CC

Yes you know all about vibrancy, and yes it is good to give the eyes a treat to some wonderful vibrant colours, and then on looking into it further I see how much work has gone into this amazing artwork, I am still loving your style Mark, don't do too much now, remember to take it slowly and stay cool :o) hugs Jane xx
