Description

Ok, we were like 97 degree today and incredibly humid. I wanted to post something with a colder wet tone, and decided these guys looked cool. I have no idea what kind of fish there are. They were just swimming around a pond. There are bonus spider web strands that go weed to weed in the shot. I hope you enjoy. Stay cool :^) Thank you for looking. Thank you for all the comments on my precious posts, they mean so much to me. I will catch up in the galleries later.when it is a little cooler. We have an old Victorian house with radiator heat so no central air and it's too open ( all three floors) to have a window air condition to do any good. I am going to go melt now. Have a great evening/night/morning/day. Friends always, Cheri

Cheri is so right, the heat and humidity has been incredibly oppressive. There was more than one moment at work when I felt the need to vigorously wiggle my butt to keep things from sticking together. I'm not sure what the fear of a vapor locked butt is called,.....But I definitely fear it, and think I've had several close calls. The water here looks sooooo inviting.....!!!!

I can't believe a month ago when it was 40 degrees I was wishing it was warmer...... I didn't mean this warm. I would have took 70's.

According to your heat discomfort, you are most likely located in the Southeast corner of the United States, because the news constantly mentions the hellish temperatures in that part of the country. Anyway, I like the diaphanous feeling and abstract textures of the pond and little fish, blithely and cooly swimming about with no concept of the outside climate.

Cool photo ( irony intended)!!! Funny comments!!!!!! The only way I know of to combat the heat is to stay wet!!!!! Hope you find a solution before critical vapor lock!!!!!

It makes an interesting abstract! I could not live where there is no sea 5 minutes away!

It's been hot like that here but that's normal for our summers here. I can certainly appreciate this shot with its cool water and lazy fish. :-)
