Hello,
I am a photographer, I love taking pictures.
I am currently in a relationship in which I am incouraged to be myself. The concept of my ideas and desires being supported came hard to me. This actually took me years to grasp, but he says I am his butterfly and just starting to spread my wings.
Any and all comments are encouraged as well as suggestions too. Thank you for the comments you leave as well as suggestions. I will try to find interesting photo opportunities so that I can give you wonderful pictures to view.

Update: 06-20-09
I have found another family on Renderosity. All the people here are just incredible. Things are starting to change in a really positive direction for me. I am currently starting to do portraits, and am thinking about making this my full time position. One day I hope to tell my boss to jump in the lake. I think having a career that I love and can be proud of is now my goal.
Clarification 09-20-09
I do portraits for family members and friends. I don't charge them because I need someone to practice with.
Well I think I found something that I can be proud of. Not in photography, but in sales. I am my own boss. I can never be fired or laid off. I sell stuff I use and love. So I know I can stand behind it. Just need to build my customer base. Once I do, I will just do this and only this.
       Friends Always,
                            Cheri

LOVELY PARADE...Happy 4th of JULY
elfin12u
Cheri took my mom to see the parade, I think mom is getting a little worn out by all of the adventuring of late. Hopefully the rains stays away, at least today, otherwise the fireworks will end up being postponed to tomorrow, making it a late night and early to rise for work on Monday. HAPPY BIRTHDAY AMERICA!!!!!! My thanks to all of our veterans, past, present and future, were it not for your willingness to serve, and personal sacrifice, there would be no cause for celebration today, it is you we owe for this. Hope you all have a safe and wonderful 4th of July celebration, please take good care.

It's cloudy and rainy here in Chicago, so seeing an actual celebration that isn't getting rained out is great. Happy Independence Day to you too! Hopefully you're having fun! I really like this shot. Whenever I see guys marching, their legs always look like scissors.

Excellent!!!! We have burn bans on. I have noticed less traffic at the fireworks stand than usual. I had to work today so will probably watch them on TV. Happy 4th!!! God Bless All

Congratulations on your Independence Day celbrations, Cheri. Nice to see your veterans / American Legion marching proudly down Main Street. One day, Scotland might again be independent. At least our Scottish Parliament agreed to give us St. Andrew's Day, November 30, to be our National Day. Our Westminster Prime Minister, himself a Scot, and son-of-the-manse, did not like the idea. It smacked too much of Scottish independent thought, and might frighten the big wigs in the CIty of London financial district, I suppose. Much good they did for Britain, far less Scotland. Unfortunately the St. Andrew's Day holiday is only optional and most employers ignored it. It was not in addition to our dearth of public holidays, but the employers couldn't be bothered even asking their employees, if they wanted to exchange another for it. Nothing new after the debacle of their 'Credit Crunch' then .. ! ;o)Cease rant. Have a nice time. Warm regards, from a sunny Glasgow ( still unseasonal ... ;o) ), John.
