Description

Another iris from Walsterway's. I love iris - they look different from every angle, and they're just so beautiful! Somebody asked me how close I could get, and I think this is just about the limit. I don't think I've got anything closer than this. Enjoy!

a beautiful capture, sensuous, inward light, mysterious, a set of stamens and surrounding lines that seem like painting or sculpture, and a feeling of being in a very intimate place. ("Cloister," you may know, comes from the same root as "close" and "closet": This is a close, cloistered shot.) It's truly sumptuous, and the closeup allowed the light to enclose us as in a very small crawl space. Another beautiful flower capture from you.
