Naming iris photographs is always such fun, but I have to be in the right mood. I've had six or eight of them ready to go, but they all had names like 99(sm) and 67pink. Not exactly the sort of thing I tend to use when I post! Tonight I came up with titles for all of 'em in one sitting. It's like magic!

I'm not sure what "jood la lei hyyy" is, I'll have to quiz Helle on that! And I so agree with Denise about doing a book of these. Your flower portraits are all beautiful, but this one is positively sumptuous. Echo chamber is inspired because it does feel like a bunch of echoes burgeoning out, or like a deep chamber we'd call into. But it's just plain beautiful flower photography, and the lighter purples atop make fine music with the darker ones at bottom; and that red fuzz in the middle is just luscious. Beautiful, in fact it takes my breath away! 'n mooi en sinnelik fotografiek! (See, I can do Afrikaans too...just hope it made sense! I won't even translate it for you, that's the kinda guy I am!)
