Description

Captured 2/12/09, very early in the morning before the mist burned off, within walking distance of my haunt. A foggy day, just like in Londontown. The same photo, with the original on top, followed by alternate variations on the bottom three...none done in grunge. Each offered endless opportunities for further postwork, but I didn't want to push the envelope. A ZOOM will really bring out the image. Tallyho, and toodles.

Oh you are clearly having loads of fun playing around with the different effects Harry... I love them all - each coloring is special in its own way!!! Well done my friend! :)

Fantastic effects. Reminds me of Andy Warhol.

I got ran off the interstate in fog not too long ago, was not good, I had to use the feel of the road to find my lane basically, I was so happy and relieved when I finally arrived at my off ramp, and knew I was close to home. Very clever work here.

Very interesting to see how the colors can be changed and with this creating a different mood. Good fun job Harry.

I'd be worrying about myself if I saw the bottom three scenes while driving:-))) Very creative.

yes, has some warhol in it for sure (the hue changes are like his many series). And you didn't want to 'push the envelope'—well you probably know by now that I'm all 'for' pushing the envelope! You sure won't offend me! You really got some unusual hues in this, and the bottom one has a warhol & dayglo effect—nicely done! Also, it's got to be said, the original is a fine shot in its own right; the light & faded detail is quite fine. Nice how you turn to these variations as contrast to the other themes in your gallery. And you did it without any layering! Great to catch up, because I get to saturate myself in your work; and after the 4th or 5th image I get on a total roll, and really feel the variety and breadth of your eye. And it's a lot of fun too. I hope it isn't as long before I return next time. It's just so hard to get here some days, my life can pull me so many directions...(Oh, and you guys really do get fog out there; I knew you got smog, but fog...well, you're on the ocean, it would make sense!)

Eeer! Weird!! That's just plain....freaky, but really clever too. Not sure if I actually like. But, as most people know, I'm not a BIG 'fiddling' guy! Rob.
