Description
This could have also gone under Social commentary in that it is an example of the way people view themselves and others. Simple acts of kindness and courtesy seems to have flown out the window these days. as well as just doing things right the first time.

We deposit money in slots on the carts here,so if you leave a cart behind a kid will most likely take it back for some extra change,great shot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A dreadful reflection of the times we live in. What's going to happen a few decades or centuries from now if global warming takes a firm hold? Will it be too late then to be "our brother's keeper?" For other commenters about putting the coin in the shopping cart in order to use it: I see it here in Chicago at smaller stores and Aldi's.
