Description

This Snowberry Clearwing Moth is just another treasure at the end of the trail. I've never seen a wild flower like this one; the little white pedals were shaped like hearts. Gorgeous! capture of clear wings and stamens. I've never seen this exact variety, but it looks like some kind of honeysuckle to me. They are very fragrant. I haven't seen one since I moved here. When we were kids, we'd pick the flowers and suck the sweetness out of each one. Then lick our lips. Hehe.
