Description

If I could be a cowboy I would kill all the buffalo If I could be a doctor I would make a small fortune If I could be a fireman I would watch things burn If I could be a politician I would rip people off If I could be a rock star I would party all night long If I could be a lumber jack I would cut down every tree If I could be a polygamist I would have ten beautiful wives If I could be a cop I would be on the take If I could be a astronaut I would fly into space Hold my breath Drop my suit And moon The whole damn world Hi everyone I am trying to put together my favorite 100 poems that I have written to try and put a book together to be published. My problem is everytime I read one I think this is my favorite. haha. so if you can think of any that you think would be good for a book. I would appericate it if you would let me know. You can either leave it in comments or just site mail me. This one has always been one of my favorites. I wrote it in may of 2006. I hope you like it to. Randy

LOL an ending I didn't expect!! LOL that's so COOL you are putting a book together! I have only had a few poems published; that was back in like 1984 or so. Since then I have not written much; maybe I should start up again? Anyway, this is a good one, for sure. :) It made me chuckle. So, therefore this must be in your book; perhaps the last page in the book?? :) The little ole lady in the green hat is a fav (so far) with me. :) But I can let you know.
