Description

This is an old military lookout tower on the western end of Santa Rosa Island, Florida, very near Fort Pickens, the old Spanish Fort from the 1700's. But the very top observation deck was padlocked, so this was as far as we went. Note the disappointed look on Julia's face. So much for the decadent plans we had in mind. This was taken last July.
