Description

Bryce 6.1/DazStudio/Photoshop He hears what others miss, sees what others are blind to,tastes what others could only dream of,and feels what no-one should ever feel.Where normal travellers see only wind-sculpted ruins,he sees a teeming metropolis of millions illuminated in flashes of light so bright they almost rival the sun.Where all others hear only the swirling of sand against concrete and metal in an accompanyment to the howls of the wind chasing it,he hears the screams of anguish and the falling of structures. He smells the searing of flesh, melting girders and acrid smoke. The ruins talk to him, tell their story,to be added to the myriads of tales from the annals of time that he carries with him. Michael 3 base in a combination of The Scout,Slayer Guard and Wildenlander outfits, all from Daz3D and posed in DazStudio.Sky,light and atmo are custom,as is the sand texture. The distant tower is created from prims, with a metal photo texture combined with a custom trans map.The girders are lattices rendered in the same photo texture, the shapes created in Photoshop. The walls are a lattice created using a template created in Photoshop...for the texture I added another layer over this, opened another window and selected two more photos that I imported into this window, then used the clone tool and painted over my template taking areas from the two photos. The result was a texture that fit my lattice perfectly.Rendered in premium.Post involved sig and levels adjustment. Thanks for viewing and any comments!

Very good mood. The composition is great, once again. Very good work on the ruins. I have a general suggestion regarding your use of M3. Normally your M3 are immediately recognizable as... M3. This spoils a bit the fascination of seeing the wonderful strange worlds that you create because we see in the middle of it something that is so immediately recognizable. This is only my opinion, of course. :-) I'd suggest that you get or make some different face morph and texture. Another thing is the use of default stock poses. Don't forget that most of us saw these hundreds of times... :-) For example, you used the "M3 Contraposto 01" and moved only his left arm. :-) Unfortunetaly, the use of the default stock poses is a temptation where I fall myself many times as well. :-)

Well Artur...you got me on the pose...although it worked for my image!I did also move his head and neck slightly,if that counts! This was a quick study for a project, wasn't too concerned about his facial features at this point.I appreciate your honest, constructive comments...it's how we grow!
