Description

I learned Thursday Morning that Mary Travers, the angel-voiced member of Peter, Paul & Mary, passed away at the age of 72, after fighting a valiant battle with leukemia. I grew up listening to that trio sing very beautiful and moving songs. Their's was a harmony that was unmatched in any genre of music. If you have never heard them sing, please do yourself a favor and pick up one of their CDs, you will not be disappointed in what you hear. and you will then understand what I mean when I say that heaven's choir just got a new lead singer. Thank you Mike Note: I was going to post a very clear, sharp picture of that praying mantis tonight, but decided that Mary Travers was by far more important. Tomorrow, I will post the picture.

WoW What a memory, I can remember getting a thin vinyl disk of them on a bag of lays potato chips, had to be the late 60' They had some incredible music, great tribute! Thanks for your comment and support too!

Hooo, It was a superb group of singers. You know my friend it is there no death has which remains to me indifferent. Always sadnesses and désarois. Thank you to divide. It is sad .But how much cordial tone post it is . Cheer still it will be heated the heart ((5++)) Hooo, C'était un superbe groupe de chanteurs . A lovely and most memorable tribute Mike... so sad a story and occurence. A truly beautiful and warm composition however! Extremely lovely colours and details of each of their wings! Magical!
