My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!
If I’m missing from Renderosity from time to time, I’m busy having fun elsewhere.
Thanks for your interest in my work, and for stopping by to learn more about me!

Great capture Tara. I like all the reflections. Looks like every window is reflecting in a slightly different direction.

I love reflections and this is a real beauty! I didn't see this on my one trip to Chicago! Another reason to go back someday! Excellent capture!

I'm not a shopper, either. Well...by necessity I am, but that's it...if I need shoes or food, I go to the appropriate place. Having said that, I love this shot. In an odd way, it reminds me of the Dancing Building in Prague...I think it's the curve of it, the interesting glass, and that odd cutaway roof thingie. The Dancing Building (also known as the Fred and Ginger Building or in more colloquial Czech, the dancing house. If you listen to Stepan--the guy with those socks--every building is a 'house' no matter what) is something incredibly surreal. It's actually a very lopsided, asymmetrical building, and there is an echo of it in this shot! I think it's the glass and those wonderful wrought-iron pieces. Wonderful work, wonderful color! I love this! (Funny how this shot reminds me of Prague, but knowing the photographer, I'm not that surprised.
