My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
Â
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
Â
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!

It's quite a man's bathroom. I don't mean any offense, just that I don't really like bathrooms that are all pink, with silly little soaps and floral this and thats...but I like yours!

Thanks for the build! Well done on the patience, dealing with all the work. Great collages, Clive

WOW! Bathrooms are such interesting places! They're the most important room in any home, and I love all of the details you've shown us here. Fantastic. I love the fact that you've photographed and chronicled it. I love the lighting too, so many details come out with the right light, and well...this is the right light.

Attention to detail...makes the room. No wonder you got used to numerous trips to your favorite "big-box" home improvement stores. The guys did the work but you must have been the designer.

Very nice! I love all the details. You made beautiful choices and they did a great job! I don't understand why anyone would have blocked off part of the window. It is much nicer this way.

I love the detail he put into the floor. That is just too col. The dehumidifier being tied into the drain is awesome too. Those things get heavy when they are full. Awesome shots and your bathroom looks great.
