Description
I didn't think I would get many of opportunities to share one of these with you this year. I have no idea how warm it got up here today, but I didn't need a jacket at all. I thought it was a great day to get that last grilling horah in before it got cold out. I brought my camera out with me to see what shots I could find and then this happened. I thought it was gorgeous and wanted to share. The days are getting shorter. Soon it will be getting dark as I come home. That's ok, better to see the Christmas lights most people took the opportunity today to hang. My camera is not allowed at work with me, so for the rest of the year I would have very little chances of capturing something like this for you again.

Nice shot!! And we probably won't be getting many more near sunsets this year. This weekend has been unseasonably warm, and Old Man Winter is just chomping at the bit to let loose the doldrums his domain. I'm not yet ready to say good bye to the summer season, which is now months past, and so not looking forward to the oncoming winter,....but come it will, none the less!! Last hoorah indeed, and may the coming new year be the best for all!!

Beautiful sunset! When the clocks when back the sun no longer saw me home. Though on the first night it was a beautiful fullish moon that took over the task. Take care and rest every now and then. :o)

This is gorgeous, and the colors are so nicely soft. I really like the trees in silhouette. It makes the whole image a bit moody and evocative of either spring or autumn...those wonderful in-between seasons where trees are bare. Wonderful work!
