Description
Sylamore Creek, in the Arkansas Ozark Mountains. This is a 6 second exposure, ISO 100, f/4.5, with a focal length of 26mm. The time of day was twilight after the sun had set.
Some more color would have been a nice addition, but the Ozarks had an off year as far as autumn color goes. But it was heavenly just the same.
Thanks for viewing.

PS - Julia just reminded me that this is NOT Sylamore Creek but rather the Blanchard Springs creek that flows into Sylamore Creek, just an extremely short distance away. A mere technicality, yes, but she is indeed correct!

How very interesting. I was just there myself two weeks ago! I had fun taking photos too but I didn't get any with the water looking soft and silky like this. Good work! Did you get a chance to go into Blanchard Springs Cavern?

Beautiful!!! And of course she is correct. If a man spoke in a forest, and there were no women around to hear him,......would he still be wrong?
