Description


A view looking down towards the Dordogne River from the Chateau de Beynac, a castle built high on a limestone cliff in the 12th century. Several films have been shot at this picturesque castle that has fantastic views of the valley below. The well-preserved medieval village of Beynac below the castle was seen in the film Chocolat.
