Description

"Maybe a dragonfly ...but with attitude?" I thought I'd pitch my Ka-1 autogyro against the Gato-class sub model included the 3D-world magazine. The marine version of the autogyro which saw service was apparently a single-seater- with the observer replaced with two small bombs/depth charges. I haven't found any reference shots of how the bombs were released, so I've opted for the aftermath of a near-miss as the surprised submarine dives and escapes. The submarine and foam was rendered in Bryce 6 while the autogyro was rendered in Poser6. The wake and depth charge explosion were retouched with added spray in Painter 8. Thanks for viewing.
