Description

This was supposed to be for a background, but I can't bring myself to cover any of it with something else. Hopefully it stands well enough by itself? This was made entirely in Photoshop, the stars are a mix of the plugin "glitterato" by Flaming Pear, and some lens flares. The nebula is a mix of the random cloud filter, and photographs of clouds. Thanks for taking a look!

Marvelous synthetic nebula, taken by your synthetic Hubble telescope! Beautiful.

Looks like a stellar nursery! I love the intense colors...their brilliance is astounding, and your stars are varied as well, kinda letting you know some are closer than others, and that you're zooming in towards this thing. Foreground stuff isn't needed. It's a wonderful stand-alone image, and I love the "eye" formation. It makes me think that there was some supernova activity within the cloud itself and that distortions and all sorts of other disturbances have occurred or are occurring...Which also leads me to think that if you're close enough to view this thing at so close a range, you'd better be wearing some intense radiation shielding and SPF-1000 skin cream. I love that detail as well!
