I'm not sure what all to say about myself, I live in Ann Arbor, Michigan (USA) and work as a graphic designer/computer technician for a print shop. I have a BS in Historic Preservation, but wasn't willing to go on for a Master's Degree, nor was I interested in teaching, so I found another career. I discovered Bryce way back when version 1 came out, but I didn't really get serious about the program, or 3D art in general, until a few years ago. When I'm not in front of the computer, I'm either making costumes or wearing them to a renaissance festival, or building a new rock-sculpture, or possibly wandering with a camera.
When I'm not making something, odds are I'm reading from my far too wide range of interests: Astronomy, Cosmology, Physics, Archeology, Anthropology, History, Current Events, NASA (of course) and anything else that happens to catch my attention. It's really hard to find enough time to do all of the things I want to be doing! What drew me to Renderosity is the many excellent artists who continue to inspire me to push myself as an artist. More recently I've added a selection of stuff to another online gallery location:http://nefariousdro.deviantart.com/Â

Nice touch with the reentering landers. Cute title, but unless they're counterrotating at precisely different speeds (or unless the whole assembly is rotating), you're going to have a torque problem with an uneven number of wheels.

those backgrounds you did is wonderful done. I like your modelling too

If I come up with three cherries, do I win? heh! Seriously, always a treat to see what you come up with next. Also like the landers entering the atmosphere.

A triple-ringed O'Neill structure! WOW! You've outdone Clarke on this one! It looks so...well...so space-station-ish, a bit utilitarian, and wonderfully "mass produced" as the constraints of that universe have established. I love the feasibility of this. I hope to see more, and learn more of the story here...I really do hope you're writing this stuff down. Your future history is intriguing and is rich in little enigmatic details to accompany your gorgeously realistic renderings. Needless to say, this is a favorite. I should add that I like the vessels entering the planetary atmosphere! Great detailing for such "small" components of the image. There's a kind of accuracy that defies easy explanation here, especially since I can think of any potential crew members/passengers on board those vessels, looking at view screens and seeing entry-plasma boiling off of ablative shields and thinking to themselves, "Holy frak...we're certainly not in Kansas now."

You're on a roll here - excellent structure, excellent picture...

Sweet looking station. Glad to see someone understands that space structures in the future will be mass produced from components of space craft because it makes sense, saves money, and no one wants to reinvent the wheel in real life. Nice job.
