Born in Hilo, Hawaii and class of '66, I became very active in Barbells, Judo and love striking the heavy/speed bag. I've learned to Rollerblade and bike ride which is a very health sport. But time doesn't stop for anyone including for me. So my good friend Dave aka punaguy got me started in taking pictures. I'm having fun taking pictures especially hiking the mountains. I'm enjoying seeing the world thru your post on Renderosity. Mahalo and Aloha....Errol

i don't have lava fields in my back yard the way you do, but I just get out and walk--easiest way in the world!!! Another beautiful foto!!

Looks like a monster crawling your way. No two lava shots ever the same! My way to relieve stress is to avoid it in the first place...good thing about being actively retired.

Stellar shot - intense and, yes, soothing. Today my stress reliever has been to watch the Quiksilver in Memory of Eddie Aikau @ Waimea Bay surfing championship live on my computer (at work...LOL) Awesome stuff. I've been watching and listening to it for the past 5 hours while I work and I almost feel bad I have to go home in only 15 minutes. LOL I watched Eddie's brother catch his 4 waves earlier at 60 years of age and it sure made me proud of my age group - even if I fall a little short of that now.

OUTSTANDING shot! And that really does look on HOT STUFF!! Stunning shot! I can see where that could DEFINATELY focus your attention to the here and now versus the stesses that might be crowding your mind.

My stress reliever? Being in open waters during a gale in a small boat; it takes all other thoughts away and is very exhilarating.

I be one of those that likes jumping out off a perfectly good aircraft. :~) Great image here of the under mining flow.

My goodness I thought that would increase your stress. A super image. My stress reliever is taking a look at everyone's postings.

Wonderful shot - I think this would look fantastic on my sitting room wall. I relieve stress by running, cycling, or creating 3D worlds on my computer.

this is an amazing stress reliever, Errol, guess I would take my soorows away too, as I would concentrate all my wits on not tripping into something tooo hot.. As for here where I live, I love to go outside, especially at night, when everything is quiet around here, and just breathe the fresh air and look at the lights of my village down below
