Friends, Merry Christmas or Happy Holidays for you all! A church pic at Christmas, what else? This pic here shows the Catholic church of Oban, Argyll, and I wished I could have a look inside today,when it is filled with people and fine decorated.... I remembering that I was emarassed by a church with such a big wooden roof..... Today I have a special gift for you: AMAZING GRACE - this worldwide well known religious song, sung by KAREN MATHESON, Scotlands leading gaelic singer, which carrier began 25 years ago here in Oban.... AMAZING GRACE was sung by many famous artists, played by many orchestras and a lot of Scottish pipe bands, but the fact, that it is has a scottish or irish gaelic origin is mostly unknown. The old gaelic lyrics were lost - but here they are again, sung by the fantastic voice of KAREN MATHESON: O MIORBHAIL GRAIS......
