Description

I wanted to thank all of you for all of the wonderful comments on my last photo of the hawk. I have said it before but this is such an awesome community of artist and people, and it is a pleasure to be a part of such a wonderful group that can daily encourage and support each other, so thanks to you all. I am going to be entering 3 of my photos to a gallery in Galveston Texas, thanks to the encouragement of a friend, so wish me good luck there. And I have taken the advice some of you suggested as to keeping a camera with me, I usually keep an extra point and shoot (Kodak) camera in the car, and I actually had two but my son had asked me after he knew I had bought a new camera if he could buy one of those off of me, so I thought instead of that I I would wrap one of them up box and all, and give it to him as a Christmas present, along with some extra batteries, he was so excited when he got it, he told me when he called I don't know what I liked the best your Christmas tree cookies or the camera, lol so now he calls me every few days to tell me what he's taken photos of last week it was a raccoon that was out in the yard, and mostly its cars, so he is having fun with that. I do believe these flowers are camellias like someone else said Thank you for the dedi as well I hope you do well with your showing in the gallery A lady here who posts vwey little did an image for me It is an image of angel wings..she had the image matted and then put it in a white frame and sent it to me..Never thought of doing something like that... Also another artist did a birthday image for me..and told me to pick 3 favs I did and she sent them in a matf...all I need to do is frame them and they are beautiful........I wish I could submit a few of mine in an art show they have here in the spring but no idea how to do it.......Can you help me with that? Had chemo yesterday feel blah but not sick yet....... I love you sis and wish you all the best...wish you would go through my gallery and pick out a few you like......
