Description

..if this had been an actual render, we would have progressed on the bug comic;) I needed to check some morphs I had done on one of the comic characters (Rain-Over-Stone, another University student, if you remember this poor guy--he's been in Morph Limbo for a while while I learned Argile a bit more)and now he's close to right, though his hair is still a pain. And parrotdolphin sent me a folder of procedural textures, which seemed like a excellent thing to have Rain play with while he tried on hats. (He wasn't crazy about all the hats, he's picky) See the Stetson with the tiny blue swirls? That mat is genius--it tiled perfectly even over some polygon joins in the front of the hat. Of course if Rain swirls the hat in circles, it looks like the circles are going round and round, so he put that hat back;) The dark grey leather he settled on is gorgeous, it looks real enough to touch. The parrotdolphin mats are also on the screens, the small ottoman, and Rain's shirts as well. Richabri made the floor, the walls, the screen and the ottoman, as well as the hats. Daz did one shirt (the big sleeved one) and Bice and Out of Touch did the Topmodel tank top; and Rain's final shirt, (the grubby linen one he came in with), is also one of Rick's. The lights are the 3 default lights, turned white, so you can see what everything looks like in the least flattering light;) Just like a real fitting room!

I am sure eventually he will find the perfect texture for his hat. I'm no expert but they all looked pretty good on him.

The dark gray was a good choice. He does not look quite like me but sort of close. He's good looking, I'm not. That's about as close a resemblance as you will get and not break your computer. :O)

A chap can never have too many hats just like we can't have too many shoes (or bags) ;-)

The morph came out fantastic, he has a great look. I thought the checkerboard cowboy hat was my favorite, until I got to the checkerboard busdriver cap. Now thats a hat you can cover a your dome with. Can't wait to see Rain back to work in Bug-ville.

So, you make your models try on outfit after outfit all day, huh? Good thing the union doesn't know about this! LOL Nice work!

Such a happy fellow ;) If you're going to be picky, you have to pay the price. Your morphs turned out just super and his expression of "joy" is delightful. I'm a traditionalist so I guess I would have to go with the suede looking one. The side turned up is a nice touch.

i like how serious he looks. you know, i don't think i've ever used the default lights. the do look very changing room here. i kind of like how the room looks by itself with just the hat. good luck morphing!

Great way to show off PD's new mats. Really fun styling with the hat. I look forward to seeing those textures on the MP.
