Description
This is a closer look at one of the Ice Boats from my previous post. There were a lot of them.
Haven't been able to be on lately. Definitely having Rendo with drawls LOL.
I will be able to romp through the galleries soon though.

It still looks weird because the ice is wavy and looks like waves. The ice must be pretty thick here. This really looks like a lot of fun.

I thought I commented on this and I can see that I didn't. So, here goes the comment I thought I made. Great photo. It's so odd to see cars and pickup trucks on solid ice. I love the clarity and the oddly cryptic vibe of this picture. I mean, I can see clearly what these are and what's happening, but it's so far out of my existence, especially here in Chicago that I can read/see this as otherworldy. That's what I really like about this, that and the fact that it's just so well done! It's so crisp. It also reminds me of a piece of Dutch artwork, featuring ice skaters on a frozen canal...it's a completely different picture, but the vibe is the same, the crispness is the same despite the fact that the artwork in question was a painting and this is a photo...ah, but it's all about the vibe and that's where they're so similar. This really rocks.
