Here's a bit of a winter chaser for you today! I shot these at the Market last week. You can tell what a beautiful sunny day it was just by looking at the flowers! Spring is right around the corner ...

Spring is, indeed, right around the corner. The truckyard dogs are beginning to change their coats...but you can't always trust truckyard dogs...they change coats regularly. I think they're the most fashion conscious truckyard dogs around. But oh, when they decide they like you...they shed ON you! This has nothing to do with flowers, by the way, but my mind is going off on strange tangents...partly because of the Czech Beer I've granted myself and partly because of an interestingly spelled email from overseas, and partly because I've been plotting my next photographic foray which is to a place full of flowers. So, in a round-about way, this is a fantastic photo and I love the warm colors and the Tara-style focus. Great work as always. Or as a particular Russian would say: "This is enough good for the smart audience."

It is so gorgeous Tara and just what I need to see. Wonderful colors and lighting. My grandson and I were at the beach yesterday and it was so freaking grey in grey, snowing and frozen edges on the shore. Boo!

Just went to your gallery and yes, this adds a nice bit of color to it. Periodically I do the same thing...add a certain color just to jazz the page up a bit. But you've taken it up a notch...by adding more than color...this is truly a very handsome macro.

)
