Description
It hit 60 degrees yesterday! We went out to the lake to see if the ice was going to sink or shove. Couldn't tell yet, but I get these guys swimming in some open water.
I am feeling better. We still don't know what it was or why it happened. I think one reason was I pushed my self too hard. It was scary. I am going in an hour later this week. I think that will help. So doing 9 hours a day there in stead of 10 to 10+. My customer base is building, can't wait till it's all good.
Still stalking and stopping when I can. I go from ninja photography to gallery stalker. Just imagine what a psychiatrist would think LOL.

Actually, yes....I think it's the sunny, 80-plus degree weather we've been having over the last few days here in So. Calif. The pretty duckies look rather out of place there in that environment. Am used to seeing them on an unobstructed big blue lake. And, take it easy, young lady.

Spring fever has hit here big time!! We even have people running around in shorts! I know,....only 60 degrees to you but here it feels sooooo warm!!! The problem is that it is still March!! This is just a ruse of mother nature to fool us into thinking it's going to be warmer finally! And so many are buying into it!! even the birds. They're all doing that matey thing prancing about like they're all that, and winter isn't over here just yet! In fact there are only two months of the year on record here when we didn't get snow, July and August, so all of the rest, albeit probably flukes, ARE STILL GAME!!! Still, Cheri is feeling much better, and I thought it might be cool to go down to the lake and grab a shot or two of something most people not of this area ever see. If I ever win the lottery, I am still going to buy a really big truck and just move the whole month of February somewhere else! Awesome shot sweetie, you were right and caught these two really great!

This is marvelous! I love the light and the colors and there's a wonderful sort of melting ice pattern too, and that's always something that grabs me. As for the switches from ninja photographer to gallery stalker, I think that's just one-in-the-same. A photo-ninjas are like kittens, you know...stalking/lurking is a part of the whole thing too...the stalking bit builds up your keen ninja-sense.
