Happy Birthday I hope you day is most spectacular. Mark, This flower is just in the mist of awaking for the day. As I was going through my shots and art the last few days, looking for something for your birthday, I kept coming back to this one. I am not sure if there is some symbolism itself, but this is for you. I raise my mug of coffee /w white chocolate creamer in it to you: May the sun shine down upon you always, May the wind be gentle and at your back, May your friendships be eternal, And may God bring you beauty and miracles everyday. I've said several times that you're doing wonderful digital art & digital manipulations---I've seen everything of late, even when I wasn't commenting anywhere (and I will get to more of your images soon!) But you're truly showing your power in these areas, in addition to your already fine & established photography. This is a wonderful manipulation of a big bursting flower; one can see it open-up inside; but your treatment of it makes it seem like the petals lead to a big inner world, and your design sense is first rate. Are you doing this in your business? Because you're natural at it. And thank you for your wishes too, and your words. They are all wonderful & caring, and I appreciate everything you said. Thank you for remembering people here when you're working 9000 hours a week at 2 jobs. It's so kind of you to do things like this. A beautiful bursting image, more of your fine design & digital art combined with photography, and a totally lovely gift. This is quite nice! When I saw the thumbnail, I thought it was a piece of jewelry you'd made: hmmm...there's an idea! Zooming in on this really helps with the details too. Its rich and a super birthday dedication, it's so fitting since it's vibrant, full of life, color, visual excitement and great, warm feelings.
