Prim? No...extravagant, exuberant, extroverted...yes! This is marvelous! Such vivid colors; there's almost a water color quality to this, like its something you painted rather than photographed. It reminds me not of a primrose but what a primrose should be! That's what art does and you've done it spectacularly here: you've taken something and distilled its purity. WOW! NICE! Super! Or as Victor would say with succinct verbal economy: "Yes. This is good."

It reminds me of that old jazz song 'I'm a Salty Dog'...I'll wear my skirts above my knees, show my knickers to whom I please! (I've just spent ages looking for it online and the only performance is from a weirdo in a Mardigras mask...I don't mean thw Procul harem or Johnny Cash songs.) Anyway..your flower looks like that kind of gal! Brilliant!
