Description

This is the Disney version of the Château Frontenac (last night’s post) in the Canada section of the EPCOT park of Disneyworld, Orlando, Florida, USA. Just having a little fun. Wow, look at all that gingerbread! I truly expect to see Marie Antoinette, head and all, waving from one of the windows of this magnificent edifice, Dana! I was actually unaware that there was anything like this at Disneyworld, so thank you for the dedication, my friend, it is fully and surprisingly appreciated. That said, terrific POV, clarity, detail and textures in this fine foto.

What a great shot! I love that roof...gimme an extravagant roof any day! I guess there's just a part of me that'll always be "at home" on the eastern fringes of the European continent (where roofs like this are common) and so seeing this makes me hanker to return to some place with a dark and vibrant history. As for this shot, I love the POV and the way the building dominates so much without overpowering anything.
