I'll send Snowflake down to pick you up and..." The captains voice faded out as the King jumped over to them from the ruined roof top, three hundred feet away. Malbess tried her comm-unit and got no signal. King looked intent and very focused. He said,"I need witnesses. Come with me. I will protect you." He waited. Bluebell shrugged. "Witnesses doesn't sound too bad." Malbess nodded and took his and Bluebell's hand. Suddenly they were elsewhere. Bluebell said,"Wow. Smooth teleport!" The guards snapped to attention and pointed guns at them. King announced, "I will see King Salva, NOW." They were about to say something else, when they fell back in terror. Malbess looked over at Bluebell who shrugged and shook her head in confusion. King knocked the doors to the royal audience chamber in and exclaimed,"KNOCK-KNOCK!" He stode into the room and stood before King Salva. Salva looked surprised and sneered. "Who is this musclebound buffoon? With two non-human concubines, no less?" King said very precisely,"I am a KING! I am king of the Talak River and it's watershed. You sit accused of capital murder in the case of Jin Tkarro, Mya Tkarro and of Oban Tkarro. You are also accused of Capitol Murder of Safira Panchetta, and her daughter. I know for a fact you kidnapped my daughter and tried to mind-wipe her. You also sent an agent of yours to invade my country that attacked my mate and forced me to kill him! I am here to Judge you, then pronounce sentence and if needed challenge you to a duel!" "How do you plead to these charges?" King looked at Salva with intense eyes. Salva burst out laughing. "YOU? You a king? You are a dirty ragamuffin with torn shirt and dirty pants! There is NO king of the Talak River area! You must be some insane bastard with delusions. Well, I have a cure for that!" Malbess exclaimed,"We two are under diplomatic immunity, presently representing the SURURIN ENCLAVE and the Naga worlds! Attack us and you put the planet in direct jeopardy!We are only witnesses." Salva said, "They are all crazy. Guards, kill them all." One guard said,"Your majesty! If she's RIGHT..." Salva glared. "I gave you an order. CARRY IT OUT!" King gestured behind him as the guards opened fire. A sphere of telekinetic force appeared around Malbess and Bluebell. It rippled and roared with the sound of rushing water. They could see the flashing of the automatic blasters, and then hear the sound of King roaring in pain as he fell to one knee. The firing finally stopped. The sphere depowered and they saw King was bloody and covered by weapon wounds. He stood up and his spilled blood turned to smoke and poured back into his body. He exclaimed loudly enough so his voice was as thunder,"THAT... WAS A MISTAKE!" He said finally as the guards looked at him in fear,"You have proven your guilt with you own actions! I will now pronounce sentence. GUILTY! DEATH BY MY HANDS to be carried out IMMEDIATELY! Ladies, please look away so you will not affected. It's time for JUSTICE." "You didn't even ask my name,Salva. I said I was the River King of the Talak River. I tore your agent,Ivor, apart with my own claws and teeth! Do you know me yet?" King seemed to grow larger and more menacing as his eyes burned like embers. Malbess grabbed Bluebell in sudden terror and turned them away. She could see the guards in the back quail in terror and ran off, dropping their useless weapons. One shrieked and fell insensate to the ground.
