Description
A friend and I took a long walk along Humboldt Bay yesterday and I spotted this very interesting tree. It's a pine of some sort, but not one I'm familiar with. Of course,I shot it from all angles, and when I uploaded my fotos, I found an unexpected guest!!

Nice, hairy legs on that little critter. I don't know what he is aside from some kind of wonderfully-detailed fly. You caught it and the pine perfectly! I love the light and the color in this! Stunning. Really, really nice!
