Description

Antje and Bez thank you so much for the fabulous 'Bubblelicious Bgd's' they are amazing and I loved creating this picture here, so thanks for the inspiration guys. The mother cat is Ruby who is the mother of both my cat Freddie seen in the arms of the mermaid (by folkvangar but I added the scales on her chest for my children's book), and my daughter's cat Simba, the red silver tabby sat on the mermaids knee. I took the photos of Ruby and the kittens aged 5 weeks. The mother cat Ruby has a sister called Looby and both the girls reared their offspring at that time together, so the kittens were more than used to feeding from both the Mum's and their seemed to be total harmony and trust. The little kitten edging up to Ruby is actually one of Looby's babies, so hence the other inspiration in the title of this picture.
