I'm back from my trip to Cape Town and Durban - completely exhausted but happy that all went very well! It started off rather tragically with me forgetting me camera at home! Oh YES - I did!!! I was SO bitterly upset and bleak with myself! Luckily one of the guys that travelled with us, recently returned from Dubai with all kinds of toys, took pity on me and gave me his little point and shoot camera to use! Bless him!!! So, I did the best I could with what I had!!! This is the view from the hotel's deck. We stayed in the Radisson Blu Hotel in Cape Town. The marina is a private marina and of course Table Mountain under it's blanket in the background. The one side of the hotel is just visible and the basket-like structure showing just behind the hotel is Cape Town's brand new stadium for the Soccer World Cup. I will post a proper picture of it later! I'm WAY behind in commenting and I will try to catch up as best I can! Thank you for your wonderful comments and favs on my portrait of Kayla!
