Description

No, these old tree stumps don't move much, they just sit and gather moss.

Great shot! I've been to places where watching moss grow would have constituted action.

Old mossback. I'm ready for my closeup, Mister DeMille. Stark contrast and lighting in this cool forest capture, M!

Mesmerizing shot. One that is so very comfortable and familiar.

As Tara would say, Oh, there's plenty of action, it's just on the cellular level. I couldn't resist that. This is quite amazing. I don't know why, but it's got me to thinking about Alfred Hitchcock's Vertigo, at least I think it was Vertigo: a scene with Kim Novak in the Redwood Forest...it had the same kind of moody light and shadow play that you have here. You have quite an eye, and it really shows to glorious effect in this shot.

This could be a background for a 3D scene. Cool!
