Description
This is a detail of the window of the restaurant of the famous Hotel Europe, in Prague. Built in the Art Nouveau style, it sports this old-fashioned advertisement of the Coca Cola brand. The play of the reflections of the trees and cars outside, with the patrons inside appealed to me. And the lady looking directly at the passers-by is very effective, her old-fashioned look giving the impression of a taste and a drink lasting for centuries.

Created by John Pemberton in Atlanta, Georgia in 1891, it originally contained cocaine, hence the coca of coca cola. It was criticized for building plants in Nazi Germany which employed slave labor. It has become one of the principle icons of American imperialism throughout the world. That said, well seen and well captured.

This is quite a sophisticated image, captured and presented perfectly! It has a timeless quality to it and your post work is subtle, bringing out such details and contrasts without exaggerating anything. I love the melding of elements, the "Classic" Coka Cola advertising and the women in the window with modern sunglasses and the reflections. There's such life in this image. It's quite marvelous.
