Description
Captured 5/10/10, at beautiful Legg Lake in the beautiful Whittier Narrows Recreation Area in not-so-beautiful South El Monte, California.

And another visit with our fine feathered friends, with this one being caught in the act of sneaking in a few zees, with nary a care in the world.
Sorry for my absence yesterday, but I was away photographing still another stellar event, leaving me with tons/tonnes (550 fotos) of more postwork to do.

Really a sleeping beauty, Harry...smile...a fine shot! And I am glad you didn't do anything a prince would have done in the fariytale to the sleeping beauty... I guess she wouldn't have changed into a princess, but rather be very upset about her sleeps disruption
