A few days ago Rob uploaded an image of a blue bellied roller (Coracias cyanogaster) that he photographed at the London zoo and for the first time ever I was able to identify something... LOL... This is like the bullet of the bird world, I suspect! Look at that body shape! Marvelous! What colors too! I love those blue feathers and that really resolute expression on this little critter's face...this is a perfect display of the subtleties of avian beauty.
