The Tapponok are taking care of the mother and child. On another front--we did established that King is fine. He just ran himself into a state of exhaustion. He seems to be able to run full out for about ten hours with the power that Madjulla gave him. I think Sunshine might need to take a look at him." Dokka stopped and blinked and asked,"Excuse the hell out of ME? Sunshine? She's a five year old CHILD! Cyclops, sure they mature QUICK, BUT--?" He shrugged. "I have to check in on Abaddon. Rose looked at him and said quietly,"I just got back from putting Sunny down for the night. I hate to say it, but SHE is the one who did the heavy lifting on Abaddon. I can patch back together Altha-Krommium Hyper-frames, but I never even SCANNED a Druaga Frame before! I recognized some things, but it isn't like anything I ever saw before! I think that by the time she's adult...she might know as much about Hyper-frames as Slicy-Dicey knows about weapons!" "Are you serious?" Dokka whispered intently. "She's the one who practically rebuilt his frame, using my hands as tools. I think I understand her almost obsessive drive about it. Prince has a Hyper-Frame. If something happened to him, she'd have to watch him die. I know I would NOT stand for that! She has developed quite the talent at it." She smiled with a mother's pride. Dokka jerked a thumb in the direction of the Quarantine room. "Now, what about Abaddon being HERE? Can't the Erhlutians take care of him?" She shook her head. "NO. That can service their OWN frames, but they lack portable Hyperspace scanners that can perceive subtle variations in Hyper-frames, like Abaddon's. There is MORE. THEY do NOT have anything like a Hyper-frame Breaker! I have one, so does Hawkwing. Snowflake is growing one, and seems like Sunshine is growing something like one, but different in her fore-arm bones. I suspect some kind of Hyperspace tool-set." He blinked,"Really? Hmm... ANYWAY, the death toll just came in. OVER 11,700 dead and almost double that injured. The Tapponok told me if WE had not taken such decisive action that might have been ten to one hundred times worse. For better or worse, a LOT of galactic species have taken notice of us. Speaking of which--I noticed you said Snowflake did 'Supernaturally well'? You saying 'Supernatural'?" Snowflake raised her head and asked sleepily, "What? Supernatural?" Rose looked over and said,"I would expect her to be within a hundred percent, but she saved people at a rating of over 113% according to the Nunera system. I just don't know WHY!" Snowflake said quietly,"It was that goofy plate. The time-travel thing... it gave me a vision when I touched it. I didn't say anything about it because I wasn't sure what to do about it. It was 87% accurate. Some people were out of place and other people weren't there at all. That's how I knew where rescues were needed." She yawned and said,"I was just dreaming of a moon with insects living on it. Freaky." She yawned again and laid her head back down and went back to sleep. Rose said,"That plate might be more dangerous than we thought!" Dokka said,"Or more useful. No one else touched it?" Rose shook her head."Only Snowy."
