Description

Time for an airplane before my aviation friends dismiss me from the club. LOL The original two Boeing B&Ws were produced in 1916 and offered to the US Navy. The Navy turned them down and the aircraft were sold to the government of New Zealand for use in their air mail service. All the details:) Click Here Bill:) P.S. This aircraft hangs from the ceiling in the Boeing Museum of Flight. I traded the background of busy beams, stairs, pipes, etc. for a Washington blue sky. "I'll Bring the Coleslaw" thumb_2079310.jpg

Egad, lots of dedicated postwork done to achieve this beautiful effect, Bill! Terrific clarity and color in this concept of the early aircraft.

Great trade Bill, and nice to see you were able to completely stop the prop action! That sky is almost as blue as Alberta, LOL!

Is this for real Bill? Just look at the craftmanship of those gorgeous looking wooden floats. Kinda makes you despair at progress sometimes doesn't it. Never seen one of these before mate, thanks for posting this delight :)
