Description

Normally when I start my hikes, I would take one picture to begin and another when I reach the lava flow to give me an idea of how long the hike took. I took a picture, put my external flash on my belt, put on my backpack, turn on my gps, turn on lights, adjusted my trek hiking sticks and off I went. About 5 minutes into the hike, I realized I forgot my camera. Grrrrrr. I guess it happens. Picture taken this morning at the base of Pulama Pali (200 ft elevation). Aloha and thank you for viewing

Sounds like something I would do. Glad I am not the only one. Even for an evening image, the lava sears my eyes. Even so, this is most lovely!
