Description

A couple of months ago I spent the day at the Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge area two more attractions in the area is Medicine Park a small town with shops, resturants and lodging, And Mount Scott, where you can hick up climp up or drive up and enjoy the views from look outs along the road. This shot is from a scenic turn out near the top. There is a rugged beauty here with mountains, lakes and wild life that can be seen along the winding road you see in the shot. There is a place outside of Gila, AZ called Rudy's pass where the view from the mountain side is just like this. I have sat in the rocks on the side of that mountain watching the sun come up and go down and it is the most amazing sight...just like this.
