Description

I was born in Gloucester, Massachusetts and this was my favorite spot to watch the thundering waves come crashing against the shoreline. I had to crop this way down to meet RR's size requirements. Photo taken in the mid 1970s with a cheap Kodak film camera and recently scanned. Thanks for stopping by, taking a look and for all your previous favs and comments. They are very much appreciated. Dana

Outstanding image! Very dramatic. Now you know what I've been doing these last months with my film from the 70s, retouching. Even with all the little white spots your negative seems to have weathered the years better than mine. The bird is a perfect addition.

I am not even looking at the slight graininess of the scan! I find this a very powerful image! Looks like the bird is fleeing the "thunder"! marvelous shot Dana and well scanned!
