Description
One of the youngest Chief Engineers in Starfleet, Commander Tottori of the USS Discovery is both a captain's dream and nightmare. Intelligent and resourceful, he is best under pressure and his innovative solutions have saved the ship on more that one occasion. When things are quiet though, his childhood habit of taking things apart to 'make them better' can be inconvenient.
