Menzie felt the Force flowing through her as the Khodo meditation ball rose from it's pedistal. Though it was smaller than a normal globe, it weighed about half as much. Gradually, her eyes lost their focus as she fell into a Force Trance. She slowly fell through nothingness, searching for the prize she sought. She knew it was here on Coruscant. The prize that she'd learned of when she and Ateia had found the remains of the message cube on the wreck of the Stardestroyer Ripper. On it was a message from Emperor Palpatine to one of his Hands, Mara Jade. This message, most of which had been destroyed, told of a device that would make it's wielder the most powerful Force user in the galaxy: Palpatine's Holocron. On it was all that the Sith Lord had learned in his lifetime. And it was hidden somewhere on Coruscant. At first Menzie resisted the thought of finding the holocron. But soon she found her mind turning more and more to the recording device. Finally, two months ago, she could resist the call no longer and left her Mistress, Ateia. Since then she had been searching for this holocron. As she meditated, it happened. A vision played in her mind. A vision of a huge hanger bay. She recognized it as the hanger bay used by the Montal Corporation. Further she searched, finally ending at an old maintenance door. She knew that was where she would find it. Menzie lowered the globe and smiled. It was time to get dressed. After that, she'll have another talk with her reluctant apprentice, Nani. Menzie knew the girl was even more strong willed than her mother,Ateia. But she knew that she could turn the girl to the Dark Side. All she needed was time.
