BIO I'm an illustrator, and for the last 15 years I have been doing almost exclusively digital work--mostly covers for e-books and small presses; fantasy, SF and Paranormal Romance covers are my specialty. I use Poser, Photoshop and Painter, and a nifty little paint program called ArtRage. I have been lucky enough to have work shown on the BBC's The Sky at Night, done promotional artwork for the Hugos, and have digital art tutorials published in Michael Burn's Femme Digitale and Digital SciFi Art (Watson-Guptill 2004) as well as DVD covers, cd covers and e-book covers, most recently for Liquid Silver Books, Edge/Tesseract and Dragon Moon Press. I'm also a member of the International Association of Astronomical Artists. . When I have time, I do acrylic paintings for fun.
Commissions: I do 3d texturing and backgrounds now rather than book covers, and I do appreciate a good UV template to work on. Thanks for checking out my bio!

I really really need to catch up with the bug comic... And look at his cute ears! I am in love!

GGreat series so far! she looks great as well

I like this. It's a pain to do a good store scene. I sometimes wish that clothing makers would add a couple of morphs (or a spare object): hung up, folded neatly, and heaped on the floor. Now for his sake, I hope that the award is real and he get's his picture in the paper. :) I agree about the Funky Dress.

Cool store you setup here Lynn, and I think that shirt is cool
Madbat
Great scene as always, the details are downright groovy! I think I have to agree with Bryan, that IS a dead lizzrd shirt with a bit of a Star Trek twist. And anything that isn't a t-shirt or long sleeves with full button front gets forgotten lol so I know how he feels.

You are quite the story teller & artist Lynn. Love the entire scene & dem boots!!!

very nice job

You can fit more into a scene than anyone I know! Fabulous work on creating a store. Even if he does get that shirt, he can always cut the sleeves off later. His Mom will be proud of him if he looks presentable. Staci did a fabulous job of taming his hair!!!

fascinating concept and composition, you never disappoint me, a top work!

Wonderful scene, so many details! I love these every day scenes, they really bring your world to life.

great use of scale to create depth and space, even in such a (relatively) small scene. the items in the scene are perfect for a future everything bargain store. i'm assuming the flags are painted onto the wall? if so, that's a perfect touch. i think the top looks OK, but i actually prefer the Hawaiian shirts on him.

God, I just can't enough of your Bryan. Soooo cute!

Like Shari said, there seems to be guidelines for cutting the sleeves off of that shirt! He'd look good in a paper bag anyhow, so it really shouldn't matter... Great scene once again! ;o)
KaiArt
