Description
The county Fair was in town for 10 days, ended Sunday. I wandered around for a while on my way back from the beach. The rides are always a great place for fun fotos---and this one grabbed my eye right away. It's the one with the chairs that just swing around, going higher and higher. I love how this girl just got into it, arms open, embracing the sheer pleasure of the moment!!

I get sick and scary on the fairwheel lol but it true. i freak out on this one so i know never to get on this. I go on a ride and was yelling so much that when i got off and lay on the ground people was looking at me. people asked if I was ok. i was but took some mintures to get up

Oh, I just adore those things! I used to always ride them as a kid, again, and again and again...usually stopping only to get a snack, then get right back in line. This brings back memories and it stands so well on its own as a fantastic action shot! Everything looks so alive, and yeah...quite free. This rocks. Actually it spins, but you know what I mean!

Great shot. I always like watching the people who operate the rides. They always look like 'characters'! Re Mordialloc Rotunda, I don't think anyone ever plays there anymore. Its used by the drunks at the pub across the road! They seem to love breaking their beer bottles there and then passing out!

Remember riding these swinging chairs at Coney Island at age ten. Lots of fun and you captured the mood to a "T":)
